Both winemaker and oenologist, I have traveled through vineyards around the world
(France, Chile, California) before returning to what truly matters : cultivating a living heritage and revealing the soul of the terroirs that inspire me.
In Cahors as in Provence, rigor and intuition go hand in hand, in service of respect for life and the freedom to create.
Each cuvée is a handcrafted work : precise, sincere, and deeply rooted in the land.

Wine is made in the vineyard.
Respecting natural cycles, without artifice and with great care, guides every cuvée I create. Vinification is parcel-based, fermentations are natural,
and extractions remain gentle.
No frills, just what matters.
I stand for a form of viticulture that gives back, both to the land and to those who drink from it, in a constant search for the right balance to create wines that are free, alive, and deeply human.
