L’Écorce Buissonnière
AOP Côtes de Provence
80 % Grenache – 15 % Cinsault – 5 % Vermentino – Vines aged 40 to 50 years
Terroir
L’Écorce Buissonnière is born from the clay-limestone soils of Cotignac, a bright and vibrant terroir that gives the rosé a delicate, precise expression.
The 40 to 50 year-old vines are cultivated with deep respect for living systems.
Vinification and Aging
Vinification is parcel-based, with direct pressing of whole, uncrushed grapes, without mechanical intervention, to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Fermentation occurs naturally using indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks.
Aging on fine lees brings texture and complexity.
Appearance
Pale pink colour, bright and delicate.
Nose
Fresh citrus notes, with floral nuances reminiscent of lavender.
Palate
Fresh attack, with an elegant, silky texture; a subtle balance of acidity, aromatic finesse and minerality, carried through to a long, airy finish.
A refined, precise and sincere rosé wine, true to the spirit of Provence : sun-drenched, free-spirited and ever in motion.
