In the heart of Provence, on the sun-drenched soils of Cotignac, Valérie crafts sensitive wines deeply attuned to their environment.

Grown on clay and limestone soils nurtured by the Mediterranean climate, the vines reach a natural balance between freshness and aromatic finesse.

Each cuvée is conceived as a faithful expression of its terroir : between sea and hills, winemaking remains minimal to let nature speak. Honest, luminous, and grounded wines, reflecting a vibrant, free, and ever-moving Provence.

On the plateau of the Cahors appellation, Clos Terre Kermès embodies a singular and committed vision.

Since 2019, through her work on the estate’s 22 hectares, Valérie reveals the richness and finesse of great terroirs of red clays and Jurassic limestone.

Composed of two parcels of old vines located in Montcuq and Sauzet,
the vineyard is cultivated according to biodynamic principles.
Certified Organic and Demeter since 2022, Clos Terre Kermès places respect for life at the heart of its philosophy.

Cahors wines are vinified parcel by parcel, following a precise and minimalist approach : hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts, gentle extractions, aging in concrete tanks, sandstone jars, or barrels.

No fining, no filtration, to preserve the full purity of the fruit.
