Terroir
Antibulle is born from vines over 40 years old planted on the clay-limestone soils of Cotignac. This natural sparkling wine reflects a free, lively, and precise approach to Vermentino.
The vineyard is cultivated with respect for the living ecosystem, with particular attention to fruit expression and natural balance.
The vinification is parcel-based, with direct pressing of whole, uncrushed grapes, without any mechanical manipulation.
Fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The secondary fermentation occurs naturally in the bottle, following the ancestral method, without any added sugar or yeasts.
Pale, crystalline color with silvery reflections; fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose
Delicate citrus (lime, grapefruit), white flowers, and a hint of stone fruits.
Silky texture, light effervescence, with a subtle balance between bright acidity and roundness. Clean, saline, and lingering finish, marked by green apple and wet stone notes.
