Orange Métalik

Vin de France (Maceration wine)

100 % Vermentino – Vines approximately 40 years old

Terroir

Orange Métalik is born from 40-year-old vines planted on the clay-limestone soils of Cotignac. This macerated Vermentino reveals a unique expression of the grape: free, sensory, and contemporary.

The vines are cultivated with a respectful approach to the living ecosystem and natural balance.

Vinification and Aging

The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness, as whole clusters.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
A 30 day skin maceration imparts structure, depth, and color.
Aging continues in stoneware jars to preserve the integrity of the fruit.

No fining or filtration is applied, maintaining the wine’s living character.

Appearance

Amber hue with coppery reflections, a signature of its extended maceration.

Nose

Candied citrus, dried fruits, and gentle spices, with a subtle oxidative touch.

Palate

Full-bodied and structured; notes of peach, apricot, and orange zest, with fine tannins and mineral freshness. Long, elegant finish, supported by a vibrant tension.

A distinctive orange wine, blending precision and freedom, for an extraordinary tasting experience.
