Vin de France

100 % Cinsault – Vines over 40 years old

Terroir

Senzo is born on the clay-limestone soils of Cotignac, a fresh and luminous terroir that brings out a rare and delicate expression of Cinsault, a grape traditionally used for rosé.

Vines over 40 years old are cultivated with deep respect for the living ecosystem and natural balance.

Vinification and Aging

The vinification is parcel-based.

The grapes, mostly destemmed but uncrushed, ferment in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. Extractions are gentle, using light pump-overs to preserve the fruit’s finesse.

After a maceration of approximately ten days, the wine is aged in small concrete tanks.

No fining or filtration is applied, ensuring the wine’s purity is maintained.

Appearance

Bright ruby red.

Nose

Fresh raspberry, floral and spicy notes, with a hint of aromatic herbs.

Palate

Fresh and elegant, with soft tannins; a lively and refined expression of the fruit, highlighted by a subtly peppery, textured finish.

A distinctive Cinsault, defined by finesse, lightness, and precision.
